Learn the elements of "Contour Line Drawing"

This is the third class in a series of Traditional Art & Drawing Lessons brought to you by Play Arts Studios.

Contour Drawing is a traditional drawing technique that teaches an artist how to really look at a subject. How to draw exactly what you see verses instead of what you think you see. 

We'll teach you how to follow the contour of a subject and how to draw blindly. This is a fantastic practice to improve your eye-hand coordination. But most importantly, you'll learn how to let go and follow the creative process.

After 90 minutes, each student will have created an original contour inspired Line Drawing to add to their growing art portfolio. 

The recommended (or comparable) supplies for this class are:

(1) Graphic Sketching (Soft B) Pencil
(1) White Eraser
(1) Pencil Sharpener
(1) Leaf, Flower or Bouquet (not included)
