We make it easier than ever for you to host your own Painting Party, Paint n' Sip Night, Group Event or Corporate Team Building Activity from any location. Hosts can maintain social distance and still throw an engaging party online.
Play Art Studios' Party Art Kits are completely unique because they are made from each guest's photos.
Our kits include everything you need to paint on your own or to participate in one of our prescheduled online events.
You pick the size and desired color scheme, send your photo and everything will arrive ready to paint.
Our kits are great for all ages and skill levels.
You can host the event in multiple ways.
1. Private Event: Book a private online painting party with Play Arts Studios. A minimum of 15 guests is needed.
2. Party Packs: Host your own party. Our painting steps are so easy to follow there is no need for an instructor. Buy more than more than 10 kits to get a group discount.
3. Buy Kits Only: For smaller parties you can buy the kits individually and work on them together as a group.
No matter the age or skill level our kits are designed for a fantastic finished painting you'll proudly display.
If you've done one of our events in the past, you know how easy our projects are. You can easily explain to your guests how the process works.

HOW IT WORKS FOR YOUR GUESTS:
We will create a custom link to an event page on our website with the details for your event to share with guests.
Step 2:
Guests log onto your custom event page where they:
Pick Their Canvas Size:
Depending on your event, your guests will be able to pick from our standard 9x12 in or 11x14 in art kits. (An upgraded printed apron with your logo or monogram is available for a nominal fee.)
Select your paint colors from the dropdown bar menu. We have pre-selected the most successful and popular color combinations through trial and error.
*Have a custom color request? Are you experienced and would like a more detailed painting? Contact us to discuss your options.
Upload Their Photos:
Next, photos will be uploaded as part of the purchase process. The link provides a box/button for guests to upload and crop their photos.
Check-Out:
All of the details to create your guest's one-of-kind painting will be captured during the checkout process and will be tagged with the details for your specific event.
Everything is Mailed:
Everything you need is included in our art kits. We can mail them all to one location for a live event or to each guest's home for an online/virtual event.
DELIVERY & TIMELINES:
Join one of our online live workshops or contact us for private parties. Each kit is converted by one of our team members so please plan your event accordingly. Our kits are usually delivered to guests within 15-20 business days after the date of purchase. More time may be needed if custom artwork is requested, logos are being printed on the aprons, or events total more than 30 guests. Priority mailing and rush jobs are an option but are considered on a project-by-project basis.
